Pain and emotional distress are real and unavoidable parts of the human experience—but so are growth, meaning, and hope. If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns shaped by trauma, attachment wounds, or mental health challenges, therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect, and begin to understand yourself more fully. You do not have to navigate this work alone.

In my practice, I work collaboratively with individuals who are ready to engage thoughtfully and courageously in their healing process. Much of my work is informed by attachment theory, exploring how early relationships and life experiences shape emotional regulation, self-worth, and patterns of connection. Together, we examine these patterns with curiosity and compassion, supporting the development of healthier relationships—with others and with yourself. Healing is not linear, and I honor each client’s unique pace while maintaining a purposeful, goal-oriented approach.

As an art therapist, clinical counselor, and certified perinatal mental health professional, I integrate traditional talk therapy with creative and experiential interventions. The creative process can provide access to insight and expression that may not always be available through words alone, allowing for deeper self-discovery and emotional processing. This integrative approach is especially supportive for clients working through trauma, attachment-related challenges, and the identity shifts that often accompany the perinatal period and other life transitions.

I am committed to providing a safe, grounded therapeutic relationship where exploration, accountability, and hope can coexist. Finding the right therapeutic fit is an important step, and I view the initial process as a collaborative conversation. Together, we can determine whether my approach aligns with your goals and begin building a thoughtful plan toward healing, balance, and a more secure connection to yourself and others.
