Life can be exhausting when you're constantly carrying the weight of anxiety, trauma, self-doubt, or chronic stress. You may be feeling overwhelmed, lost, burnt out, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Maybe anxiety keeps you constantly on edge, relationships feel complicated, or you're carrying wounds from past experiences that make it difficult to trust yourself. If any of these statements resonate with you, I'm here to help you through your life's journey. I use a relational approach centered within a collaborative, non-judgmental, and anti-oppressive environment to move towards change and empower my clients.

I specialize in trauma and complex PTSD, dissociative disorders, anxiety, self-esteem, and gender and sexuality exploration from a trauma-informed, identity-affirming foundation. In my work, I integrate DBT skills, systems work, creative and expressive interventions, and mindfulness-based practices to work towards integration and finding relief from trauma.

As a queer-identified counselor, I view therapy as a space to find your most authentic self without judgment. Our experiences, relationships, and environments shape how we move through the world, and every person brings a diverse story that deserves to be honored. Wherever you are in your journey, I am to help guide you through it on your terms as you grow.
